Deliverables
Brand Identity · Logo Design · Responsive Website · Campaign Collateral
Background
For a local mayoral candidate, the goal was to establish a cohesive campaign identity that would connect with voters and stand out in a crowded political landscape. The campaign needed a unified visual system and online presence that reflected credibility, accessibility, and community focus.
Challenge
Create a brand that communicates professionalism and trust while feeling approachable and human — adaptable across both print and digital channels, and effective at driving engagement and online participation.
Objectives
Build a modern and recognizable brand identity to increase voter awareness.
Design a responsive campaign website that encourages sign-ups, donations, and event participation.
Create a scalable system for both digital and grassroots marketing materials.
Solution
As Senior Art Director, I developed a brand system and responsive website that brought clarity and cohesion to every touchpoint. The logo design featured a bridge icon symbolizing connection and progress, paired with a bold red-and-black palette to convey strength and determination.
The campaign website was designed for accessibility and engagement — with sections highlighting the candidate’s initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and donation tools. Together, these elements created a credible, community-focused identity that improved visibility and voter engagement.
Impact
The campaign’s unified brand identity and responsive website established a strong, credible presence both online and in the community. The site drove higher visibility, volunteer engagement, and donations, while the cohesive visual system helped reinforce recognition across all campaign materials. Together, these efforts built momentum and positioned the candidate favorably leading into the election.
